O kursie

This course is for you if you incessantly put off tasks or you don’t stick to your resolutions. Procrastination is a very common problem nowadays.

Certified psychotherapist Karolina Klein will help you understand the phenomena of procrastination and provide you with effective techniques for overcoming it. During this course you will take a closer look at your procrastination: realize why and what you put off and what are the consequences. You will also learn techniques that will help you put a stop to procrastinating. You will learn to act less automatically and instead consciously make decisions regarding things that are important to you.

This course is for you if you:

✅ are stressed because you procrastinate
✅ want to understand procrastination
✅ want to take a good look at yourself and understand the reasons for and consequences of your procrastination

Instructor: Karolina Klein – psychologist, certified CBT therapist. She graduated from Wroclaw University with a Bachelor of Psychology and finished 4-year therapist training on SWPS University in Wrocław. She has gained experience as a psychologist and therapist working at various places including a day unit in Dolnośląskie Mental Health Center, at Specialist Support Centre for Domestic Violence Victims and AGE UK in London. In her work, she uses CBT approach which she supplements with Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness techniques.

This course does not serve as a substitute for psychotherapy.

Great course!
I can't recommend it enough. It helped me to really understand my reasons for procrastinating. The therapist shows many interesting ways of becoming more productive and teaches how to stop putting everything off. Downloadable materials are an added bonus.
